12 hours. Our contracts generally are for 12 hours, from 11 a.m.-11p.m.

Yes, but it all has to be served by the hired licensed and insured bartender. Bottles are prohibited, other than bartenders pouring from a bottle into a serving cup. Shots are prohibited as well.

Yes, the venue furnishes a lot of decor options and props when booking the white barn package, to include lanterns, jars, garland, wooden rounds, flameless candles, votives, vases and more!

Yes, we do have some rentals, to include vintage doors for the ceremony site, extra whiskey barrels and an additional arch to name a few. Our package includes a lot that we don’t charge extra for, to include a white cake buffet, vintage sewing machine table, Lineberry cart, tables/chairs and of course decor.

. We offer complimentary golf cart rides. We will also allow drop off at the ceremony site if necessary. Just let us know ahead of time.

We have a ramp we can adapt to our barn. Just let us know of the needs ahead of time.

The venue cleans up and hauls off garbage. The client will need to have a team in place to take down and remove all items that do not belong to the venue.

No, we are “venue only”. Our two main packages do include event insurance, parking and security. We have a vendor listing we are glad to share with you that can help in securing your wedding vendors. We are also glad to offer suggestions and guidance. You hire/pay your vendors directly.

Yes, with the exception of the bartender. And vendors must be licensed and insured.

Only if they are licensed and insured.  But we highly recommend those listed on our vendor listing!  We even hired one of ours listed to plan our daughter’s wedding!  Our suggested planners are very familiar with our venue, the “ins and outs”, as well as the many possibilities!  They are wonderful to work with!!!

We can talk about that.  There is pet insurance that you can look into and purchase. You would need to keep your dog on a leash at all times, no matter how sweet he/she is and no matter their track record. Another thing we have to be concerned with is where you will keep the dog after the ceremony, possibility of the dog acting out in a strange place, as well as accessibility of the dog/kennel.  Needless to say when it comes to pets, there are a lot of concerns we have in making sure all areas are covered.
