At Legacy at Oak Meadows, marriage is more than a contract; it is a covenant with God. Our venue was created from a family heritage of farming and faith, and everything we do reflects those values. Couples who want a wedding day that honors their beliefs often tell us they feel at home the moment they step onto our property. From the quiet country setting to our thoughtful traditions, this is a place where faith and celebration come together.
Faith-based couples choose Legacy at Oak Meadows for its reverent atmosphere and commitment to marriage as a sacred covenant. The venue offers meaningful ceremony spaces, custom traditions like a branding ceremony, and a natural setting that celebrates creation. Couples appreciate the support of faith and family, along with personalized spaces for prayer and premarital counseling.
Our children are fifth generation farmers. Today, the 300-acre setting carries a sense of heritage and belonging. Legacy represents what we leave “in” others, to include family, faith, and strong marriages. We openly share biblical principles and encourage couples to prepare for marriage with counseling and clear communication. Many find comfort knowing their day unfolds in a place that recognizes marriage as a sacred covenant.

Faith based couples often look for spaces that feel reverent without needing much decoration. Our ceremony options include the Oak Canopy with benches shaded by moss-draped branches, the Sawgrass Barn overlooking the water, the White Barn North Lawn framed by sliding barn doors, and the Brick Paved Ceremony Site under the oaks. Each site holds its own simple, natural beauty, allowing the focus to stay on the vows being exchanged.
One of the most meaningful touches we offer is a custom branding ceremony. Couples can heat their branding iron and leave their mark on a step to our loft in the White Barn. That brand remains in place long after the celebration, symbolizing the permanence of their covenant. They also take the branding iron home as a keepsake. For many, this tradition becomes a living reminder of their vows.
After the ceremony, receptions flow easily into our air-conditioned White Barn, which comfortably seats up to 250 guests. Farm tables and wooden chairs create a welcoming feel. Guests can enjoy a cocktail hour by the fire pit, at the outdoor bar, or in the Gather Summer Kitchen. Our golf cart service helps everyone move across the property without worry. For couples who want to celebrate outdoors, we also offer the Sawgrass Barn for up to 130 guests.
Faith based couples often look for backdrops that honor the beauty of God’s creation. Here, you’ll find oak trees with hanging Spanish moss, a Magnolia Grove, a lake with a dock, and our Texas Longhorn cattle. Some couples pose with our miniature donkeys, while others love the old International truck with a chandelier above it. Every corner of Legacy at Oak Meadows carries a story, giving you countless opportunities for photos that reflect joy and gratitude.
We believe weddings should feel supported on every side. Our Bridal Bungalow offers six hair and makeup stations, a private porch, and lounge seating. The Groom’s Loft is equipped with leather chairs, a poker table, and even access to fishing and skeet shooting the morning of the wedding. Faith based couples tell us this balance makes both sides feel cared for.
At Legacy at Oak Meadows, we honor marriage as a covenant and welcome couples who want their faith to shine through on their wedding day. Our ceremony traditions, natural setting, and heritage of family values make this a place where your love can be celebrated with reverence and joy.
